Additionally, artificial intelligence is used for data analysis, and in 2026, its integration into the tax audit process is planned, which should enhance transparency and automation.
The director of the service, Shamshybek Kachkynbay uulu, emphasized that digital solutions have significantly reduced the time citizens spend on submitting declarations and contacting tax authorities. He added that the main task of the service is to minimize inconveniences for taxpayers and simplify the process.
In 2025, the World Bank noted that the tax payment process in Kyrgyzstan became the fastest among all countries, according to data on tax administration.
