In his speech, Kozhoshev highlighted several significant achievements:
- The process of digitalization in the transport sector continues, including the initiation of software development for the safe securing of cargo.
- An experimental project for the implementation of electronic international transport documents e-CMR has been launched.
- Measures have been implemented for the introduction of navigation seals.
- An agreement on permissible weights, axle loads, and dimensions of vehicles has been signed and is set for ratification.
- A cabotage transportation program is being implemented, which is expected to be fully operational for all EAEU countries next year.
- A "roadmap" and a Concept for the development of intelligent transport systems have been agreed upon, outlining the main services.
- A solution for creating a pool of infrastructure projects for EAEU countries and third countries has been developed.
