- Since 2014, the Rosselkhoznadzor has been working on the integration of electronic veterinary systems, which has enabled connections with more than 50 countries and the receipt of foreign veterinary certificates in electronic format. This was reported by the Rosselkhoznadzor.
During this period, over 403 thousand electronic certificates have been received from foreign partners. In turn, 340 thousand certificates have been issued for export in digital form.
Since June 2025, the process of transferring electronic certificates for poultry, pork, and beef for Hong Kong has begun. To date, 323 certificates have been transferred.
In 2026, the Rosselkhoznadzor plans to expand digital cooperation with key partners, including Kyrgyzstan, Brazil, Morocco, and the United Arab Emirates. This is expected to simplify the export of Russian livestock products to Kyrgyzstan (meat, offal, eggs), accelerate the customs clearance process, and enhance the transparency of supplies within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union.
