In the course of 11 months of 2025, the State Tax Service (STS) provided services to more than 1.1 million taxpayers, according to information provided by the agency's press service.
Of the total number, 529.8 thousand people used online services, while 631.7 thousand sought assistance in offline format.
The most in-demand services were the issuance of certificates confirming the presence or absence of tax and insurance contribution debts — requested by 370.4 thousand taxpayers. Additionally, 274.4 thousand citizens sought confirmation and restoration of access to their tax cabinets.
Services for patent registration and payment of insurance contributions were utilized by 238.3 thousand taxpayers, while 143.9 thousand people inquired about registration, re-registration, and accounting registration. Decisions on the confirmation or denial of the import of goods and payment of indirect taxes were received by 64.5 thousand citizens. Furthermore, 69.8 thousand people took advantage of other services.
Moreover, from January to November 2025, the STS call center provided consulting services on various tax issues to 173.5 thousand taxpayers.
