During the visit, Adylbek Kasymaliev emphasized the importance of adhering to international standards in logistics and user convenience. At the same time, the active development of the road network continues to ensure access to the new transport hub. The project presented to the head of the Cabinet includes the construction of road sections with a total length of 8.74 km, including:
— a section of 5.775 km connecting Profsoyuznaya Street with the Northern Bypass Road;
— two additional connecting sections measuring 1.376 km and 1.589 km.
The implementation of these projects will create an efficient transport corridor that will significantly reduce the load on the northern part of the capital.
The next item on the agenda was a visit to the construction site of the new Osh market. The relocation of this trading complex outside the city center is one of the important measures to improve the situation with traffic jams and the appearance of Bishkek. Adylbek Kasymaliev emphasized the need to create comfortable conditions for traders and residents, including modern warehouses and spacious parking lots.
Kanybek Tumanbaev, the president's chief of staff, reported that the construction of the bus station, road network, and new market is on schedule, with completion of these facilities planned for May of this year.
At the end of his trip, the chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers reviewed the progress of the construction of the international stadium "Bishkek Arena" in the village of Orok. Kanybek Tumanbaev provided information on the progress of the construction works. The complex, which will accommodate 51,000 spectators, is being built in strict accordance with FIFA standards and will become the largest sports facility in the country, allowing for international football matches and cultural events.
Special attention in the design has been given to inclusivity: special seats and facilities for people with disabilities (PWD) are provided in the stands and functional areas.
As a result of the working trip, Adylbek Kasymaliev issued a number of instructions to the relevant state bodies and the city administration, emphasizing the need to ensure high quality in road and construction works, as well as strict adherence to deadlines for the commissioning of facilities.
