A meeting of the Council on Science, Innovation, and Modern Technologies was held
The press service of the government informs that Adylbek Kasymaliev emphasized the importance of science and innovation for achieving sustainable socio-economic development, ensuring technological sovereignty, and strengthening national security.
“The meeting addressed the current state and issues in the scientific field, as well as questions regarding the optimization of the National Academy of Sciences and the enhancement of state support for geological research,” the press release notes.
As a result of the meeting, a decision was made to gradually increase funding for scientific projects, develop state orders for scientific research, and modernize the geology sector. The development of science and geological research has been recognized as a priority of state policy.
