The official presentation of Ruslan Rakhimov as the rector of the Diplomatic Academy took place in the presence of the institution's staff. This information was provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the ministry, Rakhimov has significant experience in the scientific and educational fields. He previously worked at the American University of Central Asia, held various administrative positions, and collaborated with the National Academy of Sciences, as well as with international educational and research organizations.
The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Jeenbek Kulubaev, emphasized that "the development of the academy is an important task for training personnel in the field of diplomacy.
