Starting from February 1, 2026, all refusals issued by the Bishkek Main Department of Urban Planning and Architecture will be available only in electronic format through user personal accounts. This was reported by the department's press service.
This step is being taken as part of initiatives for digitalization, combating corruption, and improving the convenience and transparency of public services.
The main goal of this measure is to make life easier for citizens:
- there will be no need to come in person to receive a refusal;
- the refusal will be available at any time via the internet;
- human errors and unnecessary contacts are eliminated;
- the process will become faster and clearer.
