Starting from November 1, 2025, a new mechanism was launched in the country to enhance the financial security of citizens, called the "Self-Ban on Lending." This mechanism is designed to protect users' personal data from fraudulent activities.
To set up a self-ban on loans through the "Tunduk" app, follow these steps:
Download or open the "Tunduk" app.
Go to the "Services" section -> "Self-Ban on Lending".
Select a bureau ("Isheni" or "SES").
Click "Enable Self-Ban" -> Done!
The self-ban can be canceled at any time (with the option to cancel within 12 hours).
If you encounter the error "Service temporarily unavailable," please update the app and try again.
