From November 1 to December 26, 2025, 113,996 citizens decided to take advantage of the self-ban on lending service, as reported by the National Bank.
Starting from November 1, 2025, a new mechanism was launched in the country to enhance the financial security of citizens, called the "Self-Ban on Lending." This mechanism is designed to protect users' personal data from fraudulent activities.
To set up a self-ban on loans through the "Tunduk" app, follow these steps:
- Download or open the "Tunduk" app.
- Go to the "Services" section -> "Self-Ban on Lending".
- Select a bureau ("Isheni" or "SES").
- Click "Enable Self-Ban" -> Done!
