According to information from the Road Safety Department (UOBDD) of the regional Internal Affairs Directorate, the incident occurred on the Taraz–Talas–Suusamyr highway. The driver not only violated the rules but also put the safety of other road users at risk. As a result, his vehicle was impounded.
According to law enforcement data, the driver was making aggressive maneuvers on an icy road, sharply turning the steering wheel, which posed a threat to those around him.
The Internal Affairs Directorate urged drivers to adhere to traffic rules with particular attention, especially in winter weather conditions.
