Kamila Talieva, a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, drew attention to the problem of transportation in Arashan, located in the Alamudun district, where about five thousand local residents face traffic jams daily.

She noted that the morning and evening hours pose a real problem, making it difficult for people to get to work or return home. On April 7th Street, turning towards the village, there is no traffic light, which creates significant congestion as cars from Koy-Tash and other settlements pass through. Local residents are requesting the installation of a traffic light, Talieva added.

Additionally, the deputy pointed out deficiencies in the public transportation system. Only bus number 12 operates in the village, making just two trips a day. Bus number 51 only reaches the village of Tash-Moynok, leaving three kilometers to the center of Arashan.

Talieva reported that residents are asking to extend route number 51; however, the akimat is not responding to their requests, and it turns out to be impossible to contact the city hall. She emphasized that she received a petition with the signatures of 500 people confirming their demands.

In her speech, the deputy also commented on the statement made by Daiyrbek Orunbekov, stating that the microphone of the Jogorku Kenesh should serve the interests of the people, not be a personal tool for Orunbekov. Talieva reminded that she has experience working as the Minister of Culture and multiple electoral mandates, which allows her to approach the process of preparing draft laws professionally, studying them with attention, as if she were "cracking sunflower seeds."
