She noted that this center also includes a consultative and diagnostic department that serves the residents of the Chatkal district.
According to Abdibaeva, the existing premises where the services of both districts operate were built back in the 1950s and are in extremely poor condition. In 2014, the building was declared unsuitable for use — this conclusion was issued by the Department of Emergency Prevention and Liquidation under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic on April 17 of the same year.
The deputy emphasized that despite numerous appeals to the Ministry of Health and the Jogorku Kenesh, the issue of constructing a new building remains unresolved.
