According to her, in the territory of the Papanskoy aiyl aimak, where 11 aiyl okmotu are located, there are only two kindergartens, which leads to many children being unable to attend preschool institutions. The deputy proposed to expedite the construction of new kindergartens and emphasized the need to open at least two of them in large villages this year.
Additionally, Amanova expressed concern about the condition of the road in the village of Kozhokelen. She noted that it is necessary to complete the construction of the bypass road Kozhokelen—Nookat as soon as possible to prevent damage to the repaired section of the road by the Ministry of Transport, which could be affected by heavy vehicles if the new route is opened. Local residents are already restricting the movement of heavy trucks; however, the poor condition of the bypass road is causing damage to their vehicles.
Moreover, the deputy highlighted the issue of providing the residents of Kozhokelen with clean drinking water, stressing that this requires joint efforts with local self-government bodies.
Amanova also drew attention to the condition of the buildings of family medicine centers in Osh. According to her, many of these institutions have not been repaired for 70–80 years and are in extremely poor condition, which necessitates urgent measures for repairs and updating medical equipment.
Separately, the deputy addressed the situation regarding the emergency condition of school No. 62 named after Matkerimov, located in Osh (Kyzyl-Kyshtak). She reported that the building has been deemed unsuitable for educational purposes, despite being included twice in the construction plan from the mayor's office, but also excluded twice. Amanova urged not to allow the school to be excluded from the plan again and strongly requested that the issue of its construction be resolved this year.
