There are five deputy groups functioning in the Jogorku Kenesh, including: "Ala-Too", "Yntymak Mekenchil", "Ishenim", "Eldik", and "El umutu — Ata Jurt".
The leaders of the groups are distributed as follows:
- "Ala-Too" — Talaybek Masabirov (15 deputies);
- "Yntymak Mekenchil" — Talant Mamytov (19 deputies);
- "Ishenim" — Nurbek Sydygaliev (14 deputies);
- "Eldik" — Akylbek Tumonbaev (18 deputies);
- "El umutu — Ata Jurt" — Dastanbek Jumabekov (18 deputies).
