According to the press service of the State Traffic Safety Department (GUOBDD), a video surfaced on social media on February 11, showing a drunk driver at the wheel.
The incident occurred on the night of February 6, 2026, in the Jeti-Oguz district of the Issyk-Kul region. On the same day, GUOBDD employees conducted a medical examination, which confirmed the presence of alcohol in the driver's system. The vehicle was sent to a towing lot, and the court decided to revoke the driver's license for a period of one year.
