According to information from law enforcement agencies, the incident occurred on January 1, 2026, around 8:00 PM in the Ak-Bata new building. There, unknown individuals openly took a Redmi 15C mobile phone from citizen O.Sh., valued at 10,000 soms, and then fled the scene of the crime.
Based on the incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 206 of the Criminal Code ("Robbery").
As a result of operational measures carried out by the employees of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek, the suspects, born in 2007, 2008, and 2010, were identified and detained.
The preliminary investigation indicates that one of the detainees may be involved in other property crimes in Bishkek. The seized mobile phones were intended for further sale. During the investigative actions, some devices, such as Samsung A7, Redmi 11, and iPhone 7, were voluntarily returned.
Currently, investigative activities are ongoing to clarify all circumstances of the crimes and identify potential victims.
