On February 15, 2026, employees of the Batken Border Management, according to the information from the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, prevented the illegal export of smuggled goods to Tajikistan.

Using modern technical means for the protection of the state border, the border guards were able to timely detect the violation.

During the patrol of the border zone near the village of Dobo in the Kara-Bak rural administration, suspicious actions of unknown individuals were noticed, who, while setting up wooden supports at engineering barriers, attempted to throw bags to the other side of the border.

Upon receiving real-time confirmation of the ongoing events, a rapid response group was promptly dispatched. As a result of their actions, three citizens of Kyrgyzstan were detained:

— T.S.N., born in 2006, and S.E.D., born in 2006, both from the village of Chon-Talaa in the Kara-Bak rural administration;

— K. uulu A., born in 2004, a resident of the village of Buzhum in the Kara-Bulak rural administration.

During the inspection of the scene and the Opel Astra vehicle, 32 bags of rice of the "Ak-Turpak" variety were found.

After the necessary procedural documents were completed, the detainees and the seized cargo were handed over to the relevant authorities for further actions in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
