In Bishkek, the illegal activities of a group of fraudsters who posed as police officers and conducted unlawful actions have been stopped. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It has been established that these individuals, under the guise of conducting official checks aimed at identifying illegal activities, unlawfully entered apartments and extorted money from citizens.
In connection with these events, a criminal case has been initiated on the grounds of a crime defined by the article "robbery" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the investigation, K.J., born in 1995; J.E.J., born in 1994; and S.A.A., born in 1995, were detained.
All detainees previously worked in private security structures.
According to preliminary data, they committed similar crimes at 15 addresses in the capital.
The damage from their actions is currently being assessed.
