On February 26, the Bishkek City Court decided to return the criminal case related to the head of the construction company "KG Group," Imamidin Tashov, back to the Pervomaisky District Court.

According to the court's press service, the decision was made after Tashov's request was granted, allowing the case to be sent to the district court for proper processing.

The press release specifies that the case materials were missing the appeal and the motion for the restoration of the missed deadline, which Tashov submitted to the Pervomaisky District Court's office on December 30, 2025, but were not attached to the case.

Imamidin Tashov was detained in April 2024 by the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) in the village of Kainy. He had previously been declared wanted on charges of attempting to seize power by force. While in custody during the trial, Tashov attempted to harm himself by cutting his throat with a sharp object but was stopped in time by the guards and taken to the hospital for medical assistance.

On July 25, 2025, the Pervomaisky District Court found Tashov guilty on several counts of the Criminal Code, including Article 36-326 ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power"), Article 34 Part 2 Clause 2 Article 327 ("Public calls for the violent seizure of power"), and Article 378 Part 1 ("Illegal crossing of the State Border of the Kyrgyz Republic"), sentencing him to 9 years in prison.
