After the inspector recorded the violation, the driver N.K.S. refused to provide his documents and disputed the established facts. In response to the inspector's lawful demands, he ignored them and attempted to leave the scene by driving onto the sidewalk.
Despite the inspector's attempt to stop the vehicle by standing in front of it, the driver did not reduce speed and ran over the inspector, dragging him for several meters.
Immediately after the incident, a report of the occurrence was received at the duty station. Internal security service officers were dispatched to the scene, and the police were called at number 102. The driver was detained and taken to the GOM-5 of the Pervomaisky district of Bishkek. All information was forwarded to law enforcement agencies for further investigation.
