The competition began in November 2025, gathering five teams from Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
Each team played 16 matches, both at home and away. The four strongest teams earned the opportunity to advance to the playoffs, where they will compete in a series to four victories.
As a result of the regular tournament, "Uchur" from Bishkek took second place and secured a spot in the semifinals, while "Alga" finished its performances in fifth place.
