Currently, there are already 485 processing enterprises and 40 trade-logistics centers operating in the country.
The following distribution of new facilities by regions is planned:
- Jalal-Abad region — 7 trade-logistics centers and 64 processing enterprises;
- Osh region — 7 TLCs and 46 enterprises;
- Batken region — 10 TLCs and 29 enterprises;
- Talas region — 4 TLCs and 21 enterprises;
- Naryn region — 2 TLCs and 33 enterprises;
- Issyk-Kul region — 5 TLCs and 69 processing enterprises.
The distribution of agricultural enterprises will be carried out taking into account local characteristics and the needs of the regions for specific products. This program is designed for the next five years, until 2030.
