According to the board's data, 110 facilities are at the stage of capital construction, while 33 facilities are at the stage of major repairs and reconstruction. In the past year, 2025, 19 social facilities were put into operation, including 8 schools, 4 kindergartens, 2 sports halls, and 1 hospital. Additionally, major repairs were completed for 3 schools and the construction of one sports complex. Currently, major repair work is ongoing in 27 schools and one kindergarten.
As part of the "100 Industrial Enterprises" program, investments totaling 743 million 336 thousand soms have been attracted to the region, which has facilitated the opening of 12 new manufacturing enterprises. As a result, 134 small and medium-sized businesses have emerged in the fields of production, processing, and services, creating 1,208 new jobs.
Furthermore, important strategic projects are being implemented in the Naryn region, such as the China–Kyrgyzstan–Uzbekistan railway line, the Kulanak hydropower plant, as well as two small hydropower plants with a capacity of 1 MW—one in the Kichi-Acha area of the Ak-Muz rural district of the At-Bashinsky district and the other in the Togolok-Moldo rural area of the Ak-Talinsky district.
