The Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic has made changes to the resolution concerning measures to ensure food security and stabilize prices in the market. The signing of this decision was carried out by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
The purpose of this document is to support local producers, strengthen food security, and stabilize prices for food products to ensure the normal functioning of the domestic market, as well as to improve the quality of products.
According to the new resolution, until December 31, 2027, the value-added tax rate on feed for agricultural fish will be set to zero. This applies to supplies classified under the following commodity positions of the HS Code: 2309 90 1000, 2309 90 3100, and 2309 90 9609.
These supplies must be made by producers of feed for agricultural fish engaged in their breeding.
