The regulation has been updated based on the government decree dated July 1, 2013, No. 390.
According to the new Cabinet resolution dated February 5, 2026, No. 61, it is now possible to submit applications for registration and testing in electronic format through the official web portal of the authorized body.
Electronic applications are equivalent to paper ones and must contain electronic versions of all necessary documents. Registrants will receive confirmations of submission and notifications about the status of their applications through their personal account.
The procedure for obtaining a registration certificate has also been changed: it can now be obtained in both digital and paper formats. The date of registration and re-registration, as well as the state registration number, will be recorded in a special registry.
This resolution has been developed in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, which approved the Concept of Digital Transformation for 2024–2028, and will come into effect 15 days after its official publication.
The resolution was published in the newspaper "Erkin Too" on February 10, 2026, No. 9. The document was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
