According to his report, this figure demonstrates a growth of 142.9% compared to the approved plan for 2025, which means an increase in the revenue part by 9.9 billion soms. In particular, the following indicators are expected:
• projected tax revenues will amount to 23.9 billion soms;
• non-tax revenues are projected at 3.1 billion soms;
• the volume of targeted transfers from the republican budget, intended to cover salary expenses in educational institutions of the capital, will amount to 5.9 billion soms.
“We expect that this growth is due to the development of the urban economy, an increase in tax revenues, and an improvement in financial stability,” noted Sadyrbaev.
