
The city hall shared plans for budget utilization
The projected revenues of the budget of Kyrgyzstan's capital, Bishkek, in 2026 will exceed 32.9 billion soms. This information was announced during hearings held at the city hall.
It is planned that the funds will be directed towards important areas such as the construction and repair of roads, the development of engineering infrastructure, the major repairs of social institutions, as well as the improvement and greening of city districts.
The First Deputy Mayor, Mirlanbek Baigonchokov, noted that over the past five years, the budget of Bishkek has tripled. Last year, revenues amounted to 30.5 billion soms, which exceeded the planned level by 1.1 billion soms.
