According to this resolution, the following enterprises will be established:
state enterprise “Irrigation Construction”, which will operate under the Water Resources Service of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic;
state enterprise “Water Construction”, also under the Water Resources Service of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In addition, the resolution makes amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers document dated March 7, 2024, No. 98, which updates the management structure of the Water Resources Service.
The changes also pertain to the government resolution of the Kyrgyz Republic dated September 11, 2019, No. 468: Appendix 1 to the Regulation on State Enterprises has been supplemented with items 35 and 36, which include the new enterprises.
This resolution will come into effect 7 days after its official publication. It was published in the newspaper “Erkin Too” on February 17, 2026, No. 11.
