
On March 1, 2026, the campaign to legalize jewelry conducted by the State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan was completed. As a result of this initiative, 942 entrepreneurs were able to legalize their products, with a total value of nearly 16.8 billion soms.
During the campaign, 1,604 electronic invoices were registered. Information about jewelry items lacking supporting documents of origin was added to the tax service's database.
The State Tax Service emphasized that these measures will help improve the accounting and control of jewelry products in the market.
This campaign was initiated in accordance with the decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic "On measures to support certain sectors of the economy." According to the tax service, this creates prerequisites for improving tax administration and increasing transparency in the economy.
Representatives of the tax service expressed their readiness to continue cooperation with businesses to ensure compliance with legislation and create equal conditions for all entrepreneurs.
