About 943 entrepreneurs declared jewelry worth a total of 16.8 billion soms.
On March 1, 2026, the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic completed its campaign aimed at the legalization of jewelry.
As part of this initiative, 942 entrepreneurs legalized their property, amounting to approximately 16.8 billion soms, and 1,604 electronic invoices were registered.
During the legalization process, data on jewelry stocks that lacked supporting documents regarding their origin were entered into the tax service's database. According to experts, this will improve accounting and control over the turnover of products in this area.
The State Tax Service noted that the conducted campaign played a key role in improving tax administration, increasing transparency in the economy, and strengthening trust in economic reforms.
This initiative was implemented in accordance with the president's decree on supporting certain sectors of the economy. The tax service emphasized that they intend to continue cooperation with businesses to ensure compliance with legislation and create equal conditions for all entrepreneurs.
