The government of the country has decided to amend the decree regarding the temporary ban on the export of oil and petroleum products outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.

These changes pertain to the document adopted on March 1, 2021, under number 66.

According to the new version, the ban will no longer apply to certain types of fuel intended for processing at local oil refineries.

In particular, an exception has been made for products that will be supplied for processing to LLC "China Petrol Company Junda" and JSC "Kyrgyzneftegaz." This list includes types of fuel such as gasoline AI-92 (K-2), gasoline AI-80, diesel fuel (K-2), naphtha, fuel oil, and heating fuel.

However, restrictions on the export of oil and petroleum products classified under the EAEU customs codes 2709 (crude oil) and 2710 (petroleum products) remain in effect for both road and rail transport outside the Eurasian Economic Union.

The new provisions will come into force upon their official publication.
