The plans of JSC "National Electric Network of Kyrgyzstan" include the creation of production facilities for reinforced concrete products in the Talas and Chuy regions. This project is being implemented as part of the reforms initiated by the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the company, the launch of new productions is scheduled for 2026, with financing being provided from the own funds of JSC "NESC". Land plots for construction have already been selected, the project documentation is ready, and the construction company has been determined based on the results of the tender. Work will begin with the arrival of the warm season.
Once the workshop is operational, it is planned that it will fully meet the needs of the Talas and Chuy regions, as well as the capital Bishkek, for reinforced concrete poles and other products necessary for the energy infrastructure.
The completion of construction work and the commissioning of facilities are expected in August-September 2026.
The implementation of this project, as noted, will create new jobs and provide capital construction facilities with quality materials at reasonable prices. The products will also be used for the modernization of the energy sector.
In addition, the company reminded that similar workshops are already operating in the Issyk-Kul, Naryn, Jalal-Abad, and Osh regions, producing about 12,000 units of products per year.
