Medet Tairov received a bachelor's degree in economics from the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University in 2008, and then continued his studies to become a master of economics.
He began his career in the banking sector, working at the Closed Joint Stock Company "Kyrgyz Investment and Credit Bank," after which he continued his activities at the Open Joint Stock Company "Aiyl Bank" from 2016. Later, he held the position of board member at the Closed Joint Stock Company "Bank of Asia."
Since February 28, 2023, he has served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at the Open Joint Stock Company "Eldik Bank."
