Muratbekov held the position of Deputy Chairman since April 1, 2025.
He was replaced by Farhad Artykov, who was appointed effective January 15 of this year.
Information about Farhad Artykov
Farhad Artykov graduated from the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn with a degree in "Management Economics" in 2009, and also completed his law degree in "Criminal Law" in 2016.
He has experience working in banking structures in the areas of security and internal control, as well as at the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and in law enforcement agencies. Additionally, Artykov is the son of the deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh from several convocations, Anvar Artykov.
