Over the past week, a number of personnel changes have taken place in Kyrgyzstan.
Changes in the Ministry of Health
Cholpon Shamsutdin has been appointed as the director of the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance department.
Recall that in November 2025, Abdykadir Joroev, who held the position of director of the disease prevention department, left his post.
Before her appointment, Cholpon Shamsutdin worked as the deputy director and has extensive experience in the field of sanitary and epidemiological supervision.
Also, Talantbek Sooronbaev, who headed the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy named after Mirrakhimov, and Samidin Shabyraliev, who led the Scientific Research Institute of Heart Surgery and Organ Transplantation, were relieved of their positions. They resigned voluntarily due to identified violations in their institutions.
Young but experienced specialists, some of whom are working abroad, will be nominated to replace them.
Kurmanbek Sokeev relieved of his position as Deputy Chairman of the State Penitentiary Service
He also held the position of head of the department of security and convoy.
Kurmanbek Sokeev was appointed as Deputy Head of the State Penitentiary Service in April 2025.
Zamirbek Kenenbaev appointed as Deputy Director of the State Agency for Management of State Property.
Eldana Satarova has been relieved of her position as Deputy Director of the State Agency for Management of State Property.
Zamirbek Kenenbaev was born on November 9, 1981. He graduated from the law and economics faculties of the Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn, and also studied customs affairs.
Previously, he worked in the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes, the State Tax Service, and the State Agency for Control over the Production and Circulation of Alcohol.
Before his appointment, he held the position of Deputy Director of the State Enterprise "Directorate for Management of Facilities" under the State Agency for Management of State Property.
Personnel changes in the Bishkek City Hall
Kanybek Zholchubekov has been appointed as the director of the department of physical culture and sports, as well as youth affairs. Previously, he headed the specialized children's and youth Olympic reserve school named after Raatbek Sanatbaev.
Joomart Shamkanov has taken the position of director of the specialized children's and youth school "Dolphin".
Salmoorbeks Karagulov has headed the Fire Supervision Service under the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
He previously led the service management in the Talas and Chui regions.
Busurman Odurakaev elected as Chairman of the Union of Cinematographers
He replaced Talaybek Kulmendeev, who held this position since 2015.
Busurman Odurakaev is a People's Artist of Kyrgyzstan, an actor, and a director.
Nurdooolot Moldali uulu appointed as head of the municipal enterprise "Zelenhoz" ("Green Farm")
Emir Moldakunov previously held this position in the Talas City Hall.
The new director worked as the chief engineer of the municipal enterprise before his appointment.
