Born in 1986, Abdekirov completed his studies at the Kyrgyz National University in 2008, majoring in "Applied Mathematics and Computer Science." In 2023, he also obtained a master's degree from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, specializing in economics.
He began his career in 2008 as an intern at the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic and by the end of 2025, he had already held the position of Head of the Macroeconomic Policy Department of that ministry.
