In the Chuy region, in the Moscow district, the operation of the Ismaeva Secondary School in the village of Aleksandrovka has been suspended due to a heating system pipe burst. As a result, the educational process has been moved to an online format, as reported by the district center for disease prevention and sanitary-epidemiological surveillance.

According to the agency, from January 1 to 12 of this year, 399 cases of ARVI were recorded in the region, including 242 cases among children under 4 years old, 69 cases among children aged 5–14 years, 36 cases among people aged 15 to 29 years, 47 cases among people aged 30–64 years, and 5 cases among elderly individuals over 65 years old.

“From January 1 to 13, 9 children under 4 years old were hospitalized, while the other patients are receiving outpatient treatment from family doctors,” the agency clarified.

In connection with the start of the school year after the winter holidays, educational institutions have intensified control over compliance with temperature regulations and entry filter requirements to prevent viral diseases,” the message states.
