1. Beef
- Duration of the benefit: until December 31, 2026.
- Volume of supplies: no more than 5,000 tons.
- Type of product: fresh, chilled, and frozen beef.
- Conditions for provision: confirmation from the authorized body indicating data on importers and volumes is required.
- Restrictions: meat is intended exclusively for processing. Export of finished products made from this raw material to other EAEU countries is prohibited.
2. Raw cane sugar
- Duration of the benefit: until December 31, 2026.
- Volume of supplies: up to 20,000 tons.
- Conditions for provision: confirmation of the product's purpose and information about importers and processors is required.
- Restrictions: used only for processing within Kyrgyzstan. White sugar produced from this raw material cannot be exported to EAEU countries.
3. Fruits and vegetables
- Duration of the measure: until December 31, 2026.
- Duty-free import:
- fresh bananas — 3,000 tons;
- fresh mandarins — 2,500 tons;
- fresh table grapes — 1,500 tons;
- fresh oranges — 1,000 tons;
- fresh mangoes — 500 tons;
- fresh kiwis — 500 tons.
4. Cocoa products
- Duration of the measure: until April 30, 2027 (annually).
- Volume: cocoa butter (HS code EAEU 1804000000) — 300 tons.
The measures adopted are aimed at ensuring stable supply to the domestic market, supporting processing enterprises, as well as restraining price increases on socially significant goods and developing the agro-industrial complex of the Kyrgyz Republic.
