In their speech, representatives of the institution "Kyzmat" reported that in 2025, more than 3.9 million state services were provided, of which over 539 thousand were processed online.
Among the new digital services available to citizens, the following can be highlighted:
- online exchange of ID cards;
- temporary registration at the place of residence;
- replacement of driver's licenses via the internet;
- digitization of driver's licenses;
- online trading of vehicles;
- online buying and selling of real estate;
- issuing of OSAGO policies in electronic format;
- re-obtaining civil registry certificates via the internet.
It is worth noting that more than 149 thousand citizens have already used the online driver's license replacement service.
“Transitioning the document flow of state bodies to electronic format allows for savings of over 1 billion soms of budget funds annually,” the message emphasizes.
