As part of his visit to Kyrgyzstan, the Prime Minister of the country, Adylbek Kasymaliev, met with the Prime Minister of Tajikistan, Kohir Rasulzoda. They visited OJSC "Uchkyn" and the state institution "Kyzmat," located under the administration of the president.

On the territory of "Uchkyn," the delegation got acquainted with the work of the binding and offset printing shops, where various types of printed products are manufactured. The guests were shown the process of producing excise stamps, documents of state significance, as well as registration plates for vehicles. In addition, equipment for quality control and fuel labeling was presented.

Currently, the company is fully responsible for the production of state registration plates, driver's licenses, ID cards, textbooks, and diplomas. The Tajik delegation showed interest in the line for producing passports and other documents.

After that, the delegation headed to the "Kyzmat" institution, where representatives of the institution talked about their services and digital initiatives.

In 2025, "Kyzmat" provided more than 3.9 million state services, of which over 539 thousand were available online.

Among the new services launched by the institution are online ID card exchange, temporary registration at the place of residence, as well as the possibility of remote replacement of driver's licenses, buying and selling cars and real estate online, obtaining compulsory insurance (OSAGO), and receiving certificates of registration of civil status acts electronically.

More than 149 thousand citizens have already taken advantage of the opportunity for remote replacement of driver's licenses. The transition to electronic document management allows for annual savings of over 1 billion soms of budget funds.

The head of the president's administration, Kanibek Tumanbaev, noted that the institution continues to optimize the work of state bodies by implementing new online services and expanding the country's digital ecosystem.

Kohir Rasulzoda positively assessed the work done and expressed interest in studying Kyrgyzstan's experience in the field of digitalization.
