As the deputy noted, local residents have been demanding the construction of a reservoir for 15 years, which has still not been built.
She emphasized that the presence of such a facility could significantly ease the work of farmers, facilitating the irrigation of their lands, as well as support entrepreneurs in developing production and investors in the construction of small hydropower plants.
Akhmedova urged the government, the Ministry of Water Resources, and local authorities to expedite the resolution of this issue, conduct the necessary research, and secure funding for the implementation of the project.
