Airports of Kyrgyzstan Acquired 3 Aircraft and Are Modernizing Infrastructure for 8.4 Billion Som, - Cabinet of Ministers

- As part of its own financing, the airports of the country have acquired three airplanes for a total of 2 billion 385 million soms. This was reported on February 27 at a republican meeting in "Yntymak Ordo" by Erlis Akunbekov, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Food Processing Industry.

“Plans include replenishing the fleet with a Q400 aircraft, as well as purchasing two Airbus A321s. 8 billion 400 million soms have been allocated for the modernization of the infrastructure of domestic airports,” he added.

According to him, currently, 11 airports have been successfully certified and are operating in normal mode.
