The Korean company Blue Networks will build 300 charging stations for electric vehicles in Kyrgyzstan.

- On March 3, Minister of Energy Talaybek Ibraev held a meeting with the CEO of "Blue Networks," No Sun Yong.

During the negotiations, the focus was on the development of infrastructure for electric vehicles and the use of new technologies in the energy sector of Kyrgyzstan.

The company plans to install 300 charging stations for electric vehicles by July 2026. Representatives of "Blue Networks" noted that there are already 3,500 such stations operating in South Korea.

In addition, the company is developing special software to manage this charging infrastructure. The parties agreed to transfer the necessary access keys and logins to the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Possibilities for expanding cooperation were also discussed, including projects for the construction of solar power plants and the development of renewable energy sources.

In August 2024, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between OJSC "Chakan HPP" and "Blue Networks Co., Ltd." for the joint preparation and operation of charging stations.

In 2025, a Framework Agreement was signed to establish a manufacturing enterprise for the assembly, production, and installation of charging stations in Kyrgyzstan.

As a result of these agreements, a joint venture, LLC "Revo KJ," was established, and the launch of the charging station assembly plant is scheduled for April 2026.
