At a meeting between the Minister of Energy Talaybek Ibraev and the CEO of Blue Networks, No Sun Yong, current issues and prospects for cooperation in the field of electrical infrastructure and the implementation of new energy technologies in Kyrgyzstan were discussed. During the negotiations, it was announced that the company intends to install 300 electric charging stations in the country by July 2026.

According to information provided by representatives of Blue Networks, there are already 3,500 charging stations operating in the Republic of Korea, highlighting their experience and technological qualifications in this area.

Additionally, the parties expressed interest in expanding cooperation, which may include projects for the construction of solar power plants and the development of renewable energy sources.

Significant attention was given to the issues of digitalization in the energy sector during the meeting. The company reported on the development of special software for managing charging infrastructure. As a result of the discussions, an agreement was reached to transfer access keys to the Ministry of Energy to ensure monitoring and effective management of the system.

The Ministry of Energy emphasized the importance of these projects for the development of a green economy, increasing the investment attractiveness of the country, and strengthening Kyrgyz-Korean ties.

Cooperation with Blue Networks Co., Ltd. began in 2024. In August of the same year, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between OJSC "Chakan HPP" and the company for joint work on the preparation and operation of charging stations.

In 2025, a Framework Agreement was signed to establish a manufacturing enterprise for the assembly, production, and installation of charging stations in Kyrgyzstan.

As part of this cooperation, the joint venture "Revo KJ" was established, and the launch of the charging station assembly plant is scheduled for April 2026.
