
The driver, who ignored the demands to stop, was detained and taken to the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District. He turned out to be a citizen T. I., born in 1986. A protocol for petty hooliganism (Article 126 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic) was drawn up against him, after which he was placed in temporary detention at the Internal Affairs Department.
