According to a report from the Ministry of Construction, measures have been taken against construction sites in Bishkek that lack a single passport.
During inspections aimed at ensuring compliance with construction legislation, as well as monitoring the quality and safety of work, sites were identified that do not have a single passport.
Specialists from the city management of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department under the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services discovered a number of sites that are not listed in the registry and lack a single passport.
During the inspection, it was found that the passport was not issued for the following addresses:
- Ankara St., 1/7
- Tokmok St., 156 and 37
As a result of the inspections, appropriate administrative measures were taken against developers such as LLC "Level," LLC "Ai-Group," and LLC "A-Plus," and monitoring activities are ongoing.
Additional information:
The single construction passport is a document that certifies the legality of construction work and includes a QR code with necessary information about the site. This passport must be issued in accordance with established state standards and displayed at each construction site across the country.
