Construction without permits discovered in Manas: work halted

Recently, construction of a facility in Manas was halted, for which the company responsible began work without the necessary permits. This information was announced by representatives of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department of the Ministry of Construction.

The inspection was conducted by the Jalal-Abad Regional Administration as part of raid activities organized at the direction of Minister Nurdana Oruntaev.

During the inspection at the construction site located at: microdistrict Torgovy, house 24, city of Manas, serious violations were identified. It was established that LLC "MilDom" was carrying out construction work without proper documentation, which contradicts current legislation.

As a result of the inspection, an act was drawn up, and construction was suspended.

The company was fined 200,000 soms.

The developer was also recommended to strictly adhere to construction norms and safety standards.
