Specialists from the Talas Regional Department of the State Architectural and Construction Control found violations at a construction site located at 176 Berdike Batyr Street in the city of Talas.
According to the agency, there was a lack of project documentation, and violations of technical safety requirements at the construction site were recorded.
“As a result of the inspection, a protocol on the violation of legislation was drawn up against N.T. Tolobaev, responsible for the construction work, and he was fined. An order was also issued requiring the acquisition of an urban planning assignment (GZ) and other permitting documents,” the Ministry of Construction reported.
