During the inspections at the facilities of the company LLC "Bina Group", violations of construction norms and standards were discovered. In particular, this concerns a 5-story training center located at Bishkek, Tolomusha Okeeva St., 9 and 11.
As a result of the inspection, a protocol was drawn up against the contractor LLC "Bina Group," and a fine of 200,000 soms was imposed. Additionally, the organization was issued a written order to eliminate the identified discrepancies.
The Ministry of Construction strongly reminds all organizations and individual entrepreneurs working in the construction sector of the necessity to strictly comply with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as its norms and rules.
Note: According to information from the Ministry of Justice of the KR, the company LLC "Bina Group" was registered in June 2025. The organization is headed by Ibraimov Nurlan Ashyrbekovich, and the founder is Kadyrov Mukhammed Dilshatovich.
