The violations concern more than ten blocks of the complex, and it was established that the company used private laboratories to check the stages of construction. It was also found that some blocks had been illegally transferred for use by shared owners.
As a result, protocols on violations were drawn up against "Aalam Stroy" LLC, and the company was fined a total of 3 million soms.
The ministry decided to halt all construction work. The issue of possibly suspending the company's license will be considered at a commission meeting.
Additionally, the minister instructed to conduct a quality inspection of the construction with the involvement of the Republican Center for Certification in Construction. Further measures will be taken based on their conclusions.
Following the inspection, Nurdin Oruntaev noted that strict measures would be applied to the responsible employees of the ministry's subordinate institutions.
